"The room was clean and modern, with lovely products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had great service at the restaurant for dinner; we didn't try the breakfast. There were 2 down-sides for me: 1. The pool is not in the hotel, but in the adjoining building, and the walkway to get there was basically through a parking lot. They had security at the doors, usually, but there were also times when we went to the pool and the door was ajar without anyone around. 2. While the rooms are nice, the sounds from the hallway were SO pronounced. When anyone walked past the door, it sounded like they were stomping through our room. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest taking earplugs!"

"Stayed here many times, always enjoyable. However on check in I was surprised we could not check in until 3:00! That was the posted time but all I wanted was to check in then leave my bags until 3:00. I was told no exceptions in what I considered a very abrupt and rude way. I have done that at hotels around the world, but not here. With two grandkids hoping to get to the pool they were very disappointed. Then at 3:00 we arrived back at the hotel and went to the back of a long line because nobody could check in before 3:00. Thinking of the customer. I think not!! Once checked in, every thing was very good."
