Was very pleased with my stay and the attentiveness of the front desk, they helped with recommendations around the city as well as restaurant reservations. The only negative is that my specific room was facing a busy street so noise was on the higher level.

We are a family of four. This hotel is perfectly located in the city centre. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was very nice. Good shower! My only criticism’s would be that noise does seem to travel through the floors, so if you are a light sleeper you will hear people coming and going, but it is a very old building so it’s to be expected. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel with a spacious room that was laid out well. Very easy to walk anywhere - excellent location. Staff was incredible - super helpful and kind. bed and pillows were wonderful also.

Probably one of the best properties I’ve stayed at internationally. The room was large, with a family room, dining area and bedroom. The in house breakfast experience was like royalty. They enter your room at your selected time, set your dining table and serve the breakfast you requested. Amazing!! The front desk was very nice and multilingual. They have reasonable laundry service available. WiFi was fast and included. The luggage aids were very helpful. This hotel was in a perfect location to walk anywhere in Verona. A very short walk to the opera arena. There are a large variety of food options and bars nearby. The train station is about 20 minutes walking. A scenic walk so it goes by quickly. I did not have a vehicle, so cannot remark on parking. I don’t believe there was a swimming pool. Either way, I highly recommend this hotel. Upon my return to Verona, I will definitely return here.

I had a wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Italy during my holiday. The location was perfect—shopping was just downstairs, restaurants were everywhere, and the bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, just 3-4 stops from the train station. The service was fantastic, and breakfast was delivered right to our room, allowing us to enjoy our meal in privacy. The receptionist was responsive to our requests and served us with great joy. I felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We had an amazing time in Escalus, we only booked for one night and we were supposed to get the annex, but they offered us the suite in the main hotel and ended up staying there since it was more convenient for just one night. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable, a block away from the arena. The amenities offered are welcome, the coffee machine and pods are a plus. Do not hesitate to book!

Our stay was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly, particularly Adriana at reception, who was amazing. We felt so comfortable and appreciated the accommodations that we stayed an extra night. The room was beautiful and super clean. The hotel is a perfect location, near the Arena and a close walk to the piazza. We would absolutely stay here again- a total 10!

Central Verona

2 night stay so wanted to be central and this is as central as it gets. Beside the main shopping area and most importantly the Arena. Lots of restaurants and bars. On a quiet street and the rooms were large and well appointed.
