Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ponte di ognissanti 2016 in questo b&b. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia come comfort che come posizione. Unico neo è stato all'arrivo poichè il personale non era presente in loco all'orario prestabilito; abbiamo dovuto telefonare per poter chiedere il check in. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

NOt your typical hotel but worthy

At the beginning, it was confused since the address states #2 when it is really #21. I figured out thanks to a person who call and spoke with the staff in italian. In addition, the entrance or the place where it is located it is not the typical open street with taxis and all staffs. This is an apartment-like hotel enclosed in a gate-dependent entrance, where you have to ring the bell. The staff is not available 24/7, I had some problem for the check in and some complications with the language barrier, since English is not their forte. BUt at the end, the room was a full apartment, even with dinning room, living room, beautiful room and view.

Sweet suite in a great location

Absolutely loved my stay here! The suite was beautifully decorated and in the perfect location to walk to Verona's amazing attractions and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

un séjour comme celui ci se prépare longtemps à l' avance, nous l' avions réfléchi et révé, notre surprise à été que l' hotel que nous avions choisi ne pouvais plus nous acceuillir, pour une raison indéterminée, mais le plus beau c'est que ce message nous l' avons reçu le jour même de notre séjour ç 700 km de chez nous, on peut dire sur la pas de la porte de l' hotel, hotel.com nous a donc trouvé inextrémis cet résidence bien situé, mais qui répondait pas aux critères de notre sélection à savoir parking payant 25 euros la journée et pas de petit déjeuner

B & B preisgünstig und direkt an der Arena

Wir trafen um 19.30 Uhr vor der Residenza ein. Man muss sich telefonisch anmelden. Ca. 15 Minuten nach unserer Meldung wurden wir mit den Zugangsmodalitäten vertraut gemacht und konnten die Junior-Suite beziehen. Viele Bewertungen anderer Gäste ließen uns befürchten, dass wir für unsere Frühstücksgewohnheiten eine Lösung finden mussten. Wir kauften also Brot, Butter, Wurst und Käse und waren zufrieden.

Verona Charm

It was wonderful. Small place in a palazzo, sister of another hotel where you could leave ur bags after checkout. Staff found a left behind dress and rushed it , neatly folded , to place with our bags at the sister hotel.

Central Old City Verona

Driving into our off-street parking place was a little tricky but after that it was easy going. The suite was spacious enough for the three of us to spread out, clean, air conditioned, and with all the listed amenities. The beds were very comfortable; the bed from the couch, not as much. We liked Verona and the place so much we extended our stay.

Anniversario Fantastico

Decimo Anniversario di Matrimonio, festeggiato alla residenza Giuseppe Verdi con Concerto all'arena. l'ambiente e' ottimo (oltre le previsioni), due locali bellissimi. La colazione puo' essere migliorata. l'isolamento acustico e la posizione forniscono un silenzio meraviglioso. accoglienza eccellente, pulizia ottima, arredamento superlusso Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

部屋は広くて豪華、場所も問題はないですが、レジデンツで遅くのチェックインが出来なくなおかつ入口が閉まっており電話で フロントの人を呼ばないといけなくてちょっと不便。予約後にメールが来て２０時までにチェックインをしないといけないという連絡がありました。夜遅く着く人にはお勧めできません。朝食も部屋で食べるのでスナックと飲み物だけなのが残念。

Gut gelegen schlimmes Badezimmer und kein Balkon!!

Direkt hinter der Arena. Die Juniorsuit war groß, die Küche und das Bett sehr schön. Es war total staubig, die Dusche war sehr ungepflegt, marode und dreckig. Balkone gibt es nicht!!!!

Reservation not in our name!

No one there when we arrived. Waited 10 mins then guy came. Didn't have our name for check in. We waited 30 minutes while he dealt with another couple. He eventually rang the office and we checked in on another persons name. Had to drag our suitcases 10 minutes through the town to leave in their hotel as we were leaving after lunch. Not ideal!

Superzentrale Lage - ideal für kurzen Städtetrip

Klares Plus ist die Lage. Der Check-In war etwas provisorisch, da es keine Rezeption gibt. Nachdem wir vor Ort waren und telefonisch Bescheid gegeben hatten, kam ein Kollege vorbeigeradelt, der uns leider etwas abgehetzt und schnell alles kurz gezeigt hat und dann schnell wieder weg musste. Durch die fehlende Rezeption gab es auch nicht die Möglichkeit Tipps zur Stadt zu erhalten o.ä. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist stilvoll und verleiht italienisches Flair. Allerdings war der leichte Rauchgeruch für uns als Nichtraucher etwas unangenehm! Das Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und trotz dessen, dass es eher eine Gasse war, waren Rollerfahrer, hupende Autos und Müllabfuhr durch das geschlossene Fenster hörbar. Aber das gehört wohl irgendwie zu Italien dazu ;-) Das Frühstück war eher spartanisch mit Kaffee, Cornflakes und Milch, abgepacktem Brot/Kuchen/Keksen/Marmelade, das im Zimmer schon jeweils für den Folgetag angerichtet war. Aber anders ist es für B&Bs in Verona wohl auch nicht erlaubt. Bei der Sauberkeit gab es sonst nichts zu beanstanden. Insgesamt ok und für einen kurzen Städtetrip gut geeignet.

Ottima esperienza

la residenza ha una posizione eccellente, la stanza è ampia, particolare, ti immerge in uno splendido palazzo d'epoca nella bellissima Verona. Unica pecca, l'odore di fumo nella stanza, evidentemente ricordo di un precedente ospite.

Beautiful apartment near the Arena

When I booked this room I also thought it was a hotel. The night before our stay the person in charge of checking in gave me a call politely reminding me to warn her of my arrival at least 15mins in advance, so that she could come and give me the apartment keys. Once we registered we managed our stay completely independently and enjoyed the comfort. Also, though the breakfast isn't continental we found a nice selection of food and beverages.
