Good overall

It was good and clean. And I loved the warm bathroom! The heater is also there so it makes bathroom very cozy. Elevator was bit scary for me but it's irrelevant with this room. Just FYI. City Tax would be charged by cash.

A little out of the ordinary. A handful of rooms on 4th floor of an office block but excellent rooms great location 24 hour access a lift but a few stairs. Kept cool in very hot weather shower fridge and usual amenities . Would certainly go again surrounded by cafes restaurants and v close to Arena and castelvecchio.

É um B&B, não tem recepção. Se não tiver um aparelho celular para fazer ligação terá problemas no check-in. Visto que só pudemos fazer o check-in a partir de uma ligação. Atendente que estava ao telefone nos deu explicações como entrar e correu tudo bem. Atendente manifestou dificuldades na comunicação em inglês. As instalações são muito limpas, e esse alojamento está muito bem localizado.

Tout était parfait, super accueil, un lieu en plein centre mais au calme absolu, complètement hors du temps et tellement confortable et douillet. La vue depuis le balcon de la chambre était imprenable. Super appart très original , et la Dame très gentille nous avait mis du café et des gourmandises à notre disposition le matin. Abbiamo preso una stanza per una notte dopo aver letto le altre recensioni positive, ma siamo stati sfortunati. Per errore ci è stata assegnata una stanza diversa da quella prenotata (e già pagata) per un prezzo leggermente superiore. Anche se avevamo chiesto alla signora se era sicura perché ricordavamo delle foto diverse e un terrazzo privato con vista sul castello, in risposta ci è stato chiesto "state mettendo in dubbio quello che dico?". Solo dopo che avevamo usato la stanza ci ha detto che si era sbagliata e ha chiesto di rimanere lì altrimenti avrebbe dovuto far pulire la stanza di nuovo. Controllare subito la prenotazione avrebbe evitato tutto ciò. La stanza era comunque molto pulita e abbastanza silenziosa, anche se invece della terrazza privata c'era la signora che al mattino passava a dare l'acqua alle piante. La colazione doveva essere presente ma ci è stato detto che non potevano più darla (non come in precedenza? c'erano ancora i cartelli con scritto di non portare via il cibo della colazione), abbiamo avuto del caffè e un dolce confezionato senza scelta sul cibo. Sarebbe stato più onesto avvisarci prima dell'arrivo, saremmo andati in un bar lì vicino senza tanti problemi. Non abbiamo ricevuto proattivamente nessuna compensazione per il costo maggiore pagato per la stanza o per la colazione. Non abbiamo fatto storie perché non volevamo rovinarci la vacanza, che poi è andata anche abbastanza bene, ma non è così che si trattano i clienti.

Un ottimo soggiorno in centro a Verona

Posizione ottima, a due passi da piazza Bra, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, camera confortevole, molto pulita (pulizie camera eseguita giornalmente) bagno accessoriato e nuovo, letto confortevole. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Una bellissima hall.
