"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "The staff were fabulous!! The breakfast was really good and has the best outlook over the lake. Nice and close to the train. The only minor thing was we couldn't find the air con the first night and it was really hot in the room so we needed to open the windows. It was close to midnight and had been up and travelling since 6am when we checked in so we were too tired to try and find out whether the room didn't have it. It was hidden behind the curtain and on the floor, in other places the air con is up high because cool air sinks and also behind a curtain doesnt really help with air flow. A really minor thing but it could be good to have the room cool before check in or advice on how to operate as it was ~30 degrees at the time. "
