"Great facilities, but poor surrounding and inconsistencies in staff behavior. Some are excellent especially Ms. Sumana, went out of the way to get us into room and recommended which restaurants to try. "

"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language channels."

"So outside the property there is a lot of infrastructure developments under way which seems to be a problem in this area od Pune, no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself was an unexpected surprise. The staff are all super polite and helpful. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable, well lit with good air con, sound proofing, hot shower etc... only drawback was the lack of power outlets for charging devices, a common problem in older properties. Beds are comfortable too... i will certainly stay here again if i need to be this side of the city. Very happy and will also explore more of this brand"

"The rooms are clean & spacious. The check-in process is smooth. They have a restaurant downstairs that serves healthy veg options. Parking is an issue as there are 4/5 car park options."
