"Room was clean and there was plenty of hot water to shower. Great AC, cooled the room to a nice level for sleeping. Wish hotels would provide at least two very firm pillows and the soft one doesn't support one's neck. Breakfast was awesome. several different items at steam table to choose from AND they were HOT. Big indicator of thoughtfulness was the presence of salt and pepper shakers in each table. This hotel demonstrated a classy level of service unlike other brands that seem to be nit-pick misers and cheapskates on the small stuff."
"We actually got the same room as last week, though we had a major leak from the shower which gave us water raining down from the ceiling. Crap happens, not their fault. But we didn't get showers before we left. They do have a good breakfast, though."
