"Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, Lilly was helpful on check in for restaurant suggestions, breakfast options slightly varied each day with hot foods, which were very good. Staff filled food and milk containers promptly when busy. It would be helpful to have a few more luggage carts, they are well used and when everyone is checking out in the morning it is hard to get one. Also may be good to remind customers to return carts to lobby when they have completed the usage."
