NH Hotels, Vianen hotels

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and modern. The only minis is that we did make a booking in June 2011 for Feb 2012 and we did pay already. Arriving at the hotel there was now booking. Luckily there where more then enough rooms. The lady at the reception was very help full to give as a room just on our word. Overall we had a good time at the hotel for the 3 nights.

Very good hotel in a very central location with good restaurants on site. Only point of feedback - we arrived to attend our daughter's graduation in the morning and were not given access to our room and had to freshen up and change in the toilets... some flexibility would have been appeeciated

The location inside a mall is very convenient as there are food places and supermarkets very nearby. In addition, it is next to the station. To look for the entrance, it is necessary to head towards the basement - even this was hard to find as the mall is large! The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was also large, and the bed extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!

This was the best stay of our Netherlands trip. We were upgraded to the suite and had the most amazing experience. The reception is not manned at all hours but check in and out were simple as the hotel communicated to us the hours clearly. We had the ground floor suite and windows overlooked the path outside so we could enjoy the authentic experience of Dutch living! It's a very nice and clean hotel strategically located near city centre where everything is easily accessible. The hotel mgmt was very generous to upgrade my room during my stay in Utrecht as it was the last night of my honeymoon trip with my husband. The room is big and cosy, the bed is very comfortable, everything is perfect for us.

The hotel is above a shopping mall. Very convenient. Breakfast was very food especially the waffles .

Great location next to the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and even directed us to have complimentary coffee when we asked if the lobby restaurant was serving coffee. Very friendly staff at the breakfast room too…thank you for a great stay

When I first landed my eyes on the complex, I knew I made the right decision in picking this hotel. The historic building, just minutes away from the city centre, was in a nice quiet little nook away from the bustling crowd. Check-in was a breeze with the genuinely friendly reception staff. And boy was the room gorgeous. It was truly a joy spending the night there. Not the cheapest place but would 100% recommend it to all visiting Utrecht to enjoy the same experience I did.
