"This is a lovely relaxed hotel/apartment in an excellent location just 2 minutesโ walk from the local bars and restaurants. The hotel has a self-check-in system and they email with a door code so you can arrive and go straight to your room. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable, with two pillows each and an extra blanket if needed. There was plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes and a small fridge. Thereโs lots of fresh fruit at breakfast as well as the usual breakfast options. Everything was delicious. What was lovely was the biscuits, coffee, tea, sweets and port that was available free near reception. Sagres is a super chilled little surf town and Casa Azul is a great option if youโre looking for clean, simple, friendly accommodation."

"The hotel is in an excellent spot overlooking the beach. Itโs particularly lovely at sunset the breakfast was excellent and the staff are very helpful. The actual room was clean and hygienic. The only issue we had is that the hotel looks worn out it needs to uplift, painting and show an element of modernisation. Overall we enjoyed our day."
