The staff were great with communication even before our arrival with providing details on check in and they were nice and friendly upon arrival and even carried all our luggage upstairs for us. Abbadia Sicille Relais
The room was really clean and as described. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and that was not mentioned on the site. I learned about it the day before my arrival.
