"The property is great and spacious. Host is the nicest guy I have ever met from similar bookings. There was one night we forgot our key inside the property. He came right away, at 9pm of the day, to save us. He is a pleasant man. "

"Freezing temperatures inside the apartment because the central heating comes on only between 5-10 PM. In the mornings the temperatures outside the apartment and inside were exactly the same - 47 F. Had to sleep with our hats, sweaters and tights on and still got sick from the cold. Asked the owner to give us a heater but received advise to keep the windows close, as if anyone would be keeping the windows open when its winter. After 4 days had to leave the property as everyone was getting sick...

"Overall the hotel is good. Very clean. Room service every day. Inside the hotel it was quiet. Outside it was not as clean due to the crowd of people coming and going to the main train station. The area is extremely crowded. The hotel is located next to the station which is very convenient for transportation. "

"Modern hotel. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself. But, it is across from the train station and bus station. This makes it convenient for some but if you are there for sight seeing, you are not near the historic areas and traffic is horrible. We spent a lot of time and money moving through the city. For what it cost in cab fares or Uber you might want to put that money in a historic hotel near the sights. "

"The only thing negative is I was in a secondary building and my check-in was at night which made it difficult to find the building after receiving my key. However when I returned to the front desk they were most helpful!! When I get to my room it was larger than I anticipated and spotless! Shower was great and bed was very nice. Given the location to the Termini Station I would not hesitate to stay here again!"
