We had a good stay and staff in the restaurant were fantastic. I contacted them numerous times prior to our stay with no response which was very disappointing. I needed to know a few things prior and kept messaging daily with no response. Checking out the young girl was talking to someone in a back office and was not interested in us at all. Too busy having her ice coffee and chatting. Not a good look.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to granite island and the restaurants in town. The room was large and comfortable. The bed, however, was a bit too soft and felt like sleeping in a hole (at least on one side of the bed) the shower temperature was hard to moderate, but did have enough hot water. We liked the sitting area in our ocean view room.
