"Great location of hotel with many eateries in the area and easy access to the waterfront and other areas within town. There is also a fantastic rail trail accessed from the back side of the property that is spectacular for cycling and walking.
The grounds could be better kept as there is a nice gazebo out back but, the greenery around it is very overgrown.
We had our pets with us and the hotel is pet friendly. That being said, I feel any pet friendly hotel should have vinyl plank flooring not carpet in order to clean lingering odours properly. In addition, if your pets are small, they can access under the beds which were on raised frames. The raised frames make for difficult cleaning underneath by the staff so do check for potential pet hazards. However, the beds were very comfortable.
We raised a concern within our room and management responded immediately and appropriately which was very much appreciated."
