"A disappointing apartment, certainly not worth over £110 per night. Very basic with unattractive furnishing. The advertised 'parking on site' is only 1 space for 2 apartments and was not available on our arrival - this should be made clear in the listing. There are cameras on the balcony and hot tub so we did not use either as it was so intrusive. When we arrived the bedsheets and towels smelt awful, they came to change but hardly any better. The air conditioning smelt bad and we had to sleep...

"This hotel is really lovely and the staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurants are all very good with plenty to choose from on the menu and in all great locations, The main bar is lovely as you can sit inside and outside. The pools are well maintained and managed. Breakfast is well organised however it would be great to have better consistency with the waiting staff offering hot drinks when you get seated, The bedrooms are spacious and the housekeeping staff look after you well. The furniture is a little dated and the rooms could benefit from a coffee machine and more in-room refreshments. Everything is very clean, tidy and comfortable, The signage in the hotel is quite confusing when you’re crossing towers but you very quickly find your way around. The shop is a useful amenity also, and although the gym was could it could benefit from more equipment."
