"The lobby was decent and okay looking but as I got upstairs and walking down the hallway I realized just how unkept the place was. The room had an odor and the sheets in the beds next to the window were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Tub or sink hadn’t been cleaned and the floor hadn’t been swept. I’m 5 months pregnant and was traveling alone with my 3 year old so I needed to stop and rest and this was the only nearby place on our route. I instantly regretted it."
"I would like to be honest about my stay. It was very poor the first room I received everything looked up to pare but, the room smell of paint was bothersome. Not only was the paint smell an issue the water never got hot. I went to front desk and was greeted by Heaven who seemed pretty good until I complain about the water not being hot. Mind you I’m only in town for the weekend to work 16 hours shift. So I only wanted to shower and sleep. When I complained about the water temperature she stated she would move me next door which wasn’t any better. The beds had hair all over the sheets and pillows and the water still was cold. I called to let her know that the room was unsanitary and she began to get rude, and talking nice nasty. My problem was unresolved and I had already paid to stay. Her resolution was to make notes for a supervisor who never called. I am very displeased and I would not recommend this motel even if it’s for a night"
"Always a great time here so welcoming and clean . They really should update the prices on here because the new upgrades are gorgeous. I need the info of them green chairs in the lobby obsessed 😍. Only thing the breakfast is not that great sausage was nasty & eggs was cold . If they fix that they would be the best in the area for sure"
"Exterior door was broken so no security. Breakfast was pathetic Broken toaster and juice machine. Food quality was poor. Bath towel had multiple holes in it
We are not going to stay at this hotel chain again."
"Room 101 beds were clunky, and noisy, making godawful sounds.
Bathroom fan is going to burn up a bearing as it makes a horrible screeching noise.
You have part of a coffee maker in there but no pot and no coffee. We learned from last time we stayed here to bring our own K cup maker."
