The shower head was filthy with green slime. I had absolutely no hot water. That was the only issue. The bed was comfy and the room was nice

Our Stay was good the rooms are big and clean , Continental breakfast was good the Pool was broken but that can happen to any Hotel good experience over all 🏖️beach is very close by .

Best Western Port Lavaca is a perfectly nice place to stay for a short visit (my wife and I were headed to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge). The rooms are spacious and reasonably well equipped. The price is good. Breakfast is OK but pretty minimal. There is an excellent seafood restaurant on the other side of the highway.

The bed was clean so that's a good thing! The AC leaked so the carpet was wet about a foot completely around the unit, keep you shoes on!! When we walked in we noticed the musty smell (maybe due to the AC leak) so bring your defuser! The pool was dirty and thw jets didn't work but the beds were clean! We will find a different hotel next year!

Overall a good night stay. The only thing that bothered me was that there was not a lot of people staying the night and they decided to book a room right next to one that is already occupied. Like spread them out people. You got enough rooms available why book the ones next to eachother. We could hear people next door.

The hotel is not that clean. Breakfast has a very poor selection. Expedia charged me two different prices! The room was too expensive!

Front desk personnel was rude, uncaring, no customer service at all. Request was for 1st floor, was told all booked & to basically take what they had or leave. I had booked this room over a month in advance for a planned weekend away at the beach. I am 69 single lady& have health issues. Asked if they put me on 2nd floor they would give me a room close to elevator. Proceeded to go to my room & found it was the farest room from elevator. By this time with my health issues I was in so much pain, I called down to the front desk & was put on hold so long that the system hung up. About 5 minutes later they called me back and the girl told me her manager told me I was going to have to stay un that room, they would NOT give me anything else. The room had glass ring marjs that weren't cleaned off on furniture. Bathtub shower barely worked ... Trickled water out. Tub drain was stopped up. Had to stand in water . Next morning went to check out & front desk person asked if everything was okay. I told her they this was a weekend get away ruined by the night personnel who refused to give me the room requested & booked for a month in advance. And told her the full story. This person stated on my paperwork it dhowed I was to be put in room 117 on first floor & stated she was not sure why they put me on 2nd floor in a room farthest from evstor. She apologized & stated she would tell manager. There was a group of us who planned this weekend who were treated very RUDEalso.
