The first room had a strong mildew smell. Switched rooms and the humidity was awful in the 2nd room. It also needed some cleaning. There was jelly or something sticky on the desk. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was friendly & the check in process was quick & easy. The room was clean & comfortable. The shower had dispensers for shampoo & soap but nothing was provided at the bathroom sink. The shower was in need of some TLC.

Paper thin walls

Hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms very clean, but the room walls were so thin we could hear snoring from next room all night long. Had no sleep at all. I wish we had asked for a room far away from anyone else.

Nothing special about this property, don’t assume that because it branded with a major chain that the standards carry over. Our room was never serviced in the 3 nights we stayed, we also used the side entrance for our room and that had trash bags and overflowing trash can.

Very short staffed. No double bed rooms available so had to wait to get room, used walky talkies to announce my room number that would be ready, missing large towels when checked in (they did bring them), outside of hotel has high grass of 1-2 feet and not edged, ran out of coffee and lacking lots of items napkins etc Beds and room comfortable and clean Pool clean They just need more staff

We liked that the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They were very helpful with anything we needed. There was one problem that prevented us from sleeping and that was the room was very damp. The sheets and pillows and room held moister and because everything felt damp, we tossed and turned all night. Outside it was extremely dry, so we couldn't figure out why the room was holding so much moisture. Other than that, everything was great. Especially the staff.

Good but off a bit

This is our go-to place to stay when visiting family in the area. Typically very good but it seemed a bit off this time. The room was only stocked with two almost-depleted rolls of toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk and request more. There should always be at least complete roll! Breakfast quality declined from previous visits. They set out hot water but no tea packets. What was the hot water for? When asked, the attendee just shrugged and said they did not have any. The coffee cups were also tiny and did not fit the lids and heat sleeves provided. It just seemed like they were not paying attention to the details this time around.

Honestly, as dirty as the room felt with no remote for the TV. I did not want the breakfast. I requested a remote and the front desk lady was taking forever on the phone looking to avoid getting one. I asked her before the phone rang. The room smelled like mold. I almost packed up and left. Room 103 needs to be checked for mold.
