"The place was clean, very small room. Mediocre area. Owner was very nice amd very helpful, he is trying very hard to make it nice. The curtains let a lot of light through all night. "

"For a budget place to stay it was fine. However, for a non-smoking room, it sure smelled like smoke. (And on the first day there was a guy walking past all the ground-floor rooms smoking pipe tobacco...) The "hot" water barely kicked in, so I mostly had warm water from the bathroom tap and shower. Bed was pretty soft but okay. Street noise was minimal. Loved that Eureka Natural Foods was only 3 blocks away. "
