The lady that checked me in was so nice and helped me bring my stuff up to my room as I had my hands full carrying my sick child. Then the next morning the lady who does the amazing breakfast was also amazing and helped me get my daughter and I breakfast. I have always had great experience at your hotel but this time was exceptional. "

"The shower temperature was either scalding or ice cold. Breakfast is a cold continental. It's an old building which is part of the charm. However the circular stair case slants down with low railings. Plan accordingly."
