"I went there to get a whirlpool bath and asked specifically for this hotel only to find out that there was no working Jacuzzi for at least a year, but still advertising that there was one. Had to go through a lot of wrangling to get my refund and still have not received my credit. Hopefully I won't have a problem getting my money back for the two days that they promised I would receive."
