"It’s a strange property. Getting in and out through a sliding gate was a bit weird for us at first, but the host was very patient and taught us how to do it. The bathrooms are dark. There is not enough lighting in there to do your make up. Many of the outlets didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Dog barked for almost 2 days straight. I think the owner has fixed this with the Neighbors, but it was stressful enough for us to leave two days early."

"The landlord was very helpful, responsive, and clear when resolving issues. While the cleaning team acted quickly to rectify initial problems, the property wasn't in ideal shape upon check-in—there was a strong food odor, table runners very shabby, buildup in the shower, rusted fixtures, and broken plastic items. The swift follow-up was appreciated, but the initial clean and bathroom maintenance could certainly be improved."

"If you need a hotel by the Bucharest Airport, Vienna House is a great pick. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you’d need (hairdryer, vanity kit, etc.), and the food at the hotel restaurant was good. There wasn’t much around there to see or do — but it’s the perfect place to stay before an early-morning flight. They offer a free airport shuttle and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Make sure your driver knows to go to the hotel directly, not to just the airport. Check in wa easy and staff were help showing us how to get to the departures gate in the morning. The room was clean, cool, quiet and dark which allowed for good sleeping. The television had multiple channels available. We ate in the restaurant and service was fast, friendly and the food was good and of a fair price. There is minimal around the hotel so pls. I’m doing any activities before checking in."

We were disappointed with the housekeeping, we had to call them on 3 occasions for various items that were missing or not replenished during our 2 night stay. "Got an amazing suite with a generous and delicious breakfast for very little money. Easy walk to main train station that connects with the airport. Next time I will bring a bathing suit and take advantage of the spa. Only down side is that late in the morning the breakfast room is a bit of a zoo with tons of kids, but the food was good and you can sit outside. Service very nice"
