"Nice rooms, helpful staff. They helped my senior citizen mom with early check in and wake up calls too. "

"Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"Staff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. "

"Første morgen så vi ud i køkkenet inden morgenmad. Det var ubeskrivelig uhygiejnisk så vi valgte at købe morgenmad et andet sted skønt vi ellers havde fri morgenmad. "

"I stayed there from June 4th to 12th. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of the staff. The price was reasonable and very centrally located. The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it."

"Ok Ok...Value for money"

" I stay in this hotel several time.as a hole good."

"There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. There was no buzzer, or indication of how to contact the hotel after hours. My worst nightmare! Nobody cared enough to think about how I will get in. "The hotel was very convenient for my work with the Mother Teresa charity. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I felt well looked after, which is important for an old lady travelling alone. "

"Very bad experience ever. The rooms are not cleaned. People are not good. The most unpleasant things happened when the people from the Bar are occupying all the hotel premises and behaving very bad to others. Not safe for the family at all. Please don't consider it if you really care about your family and friend. I had to leave at midnight (I checked in around 10 pm and had to check out at 12:30 Am). Poor "

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
