I was given an upgrade which was cool. But my mini fridge wasn’t working. I called them. No one came. Next day I told the front desk, they replaced it. Now it worked but was weak. So I kept all my drinks in my friend’s room through out my stay 😂 also, they didn’t replace used things in the bathroom. ...

Staff were ok. Room service was minimal, as room had empty minibar and no coffee machine. Just a kettle with tea and coffee. AC did not work. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The Hoxton Vienna
Clean room, friendly staff, great location, good amenities. Shower drain was clogged and room was extremely hot, regardless of what you did. Had to leave the window open in the winter. But it worked out.
