Must stay here when in Vientiane.

Fantastic new and modern hotel with all facilities in order. The gym was great. The restaurants have great food (except for the desserts, which were beautiful but tasteless). The pool area is nice - and the drinks are great. The staff all around the hotel are friendly and very serviceminded. Rooms are comfortable, large and clean.

Absolutely lovely hotel, modern hotel with beautiful decor in the room and public areas. Staff were beyond friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast and if you dine in the restaurants the food was beyond Excellent. 3 merchants restaurant served incredible food with Excellent service at extremely good value.

We had a great stay at this Crowne Plaza. The staff was excellent! From arrival to departure, we felt taken care of. The room was huge and the bathroom had a private commode, a must for a 5-star hotel. The Elephant Lounge was great, 5-star service. The Mosaic could use some help. They only had one wine list so we had to wait until other tables were done with it, not 5-stars at all. The food was mediocre too. Overall a great stay. Thank you staff for making our stay extra special.
