The property itself was well maintained and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We sincerely appreciate the effort that went into making our stay memorable. "It was a great experience however some things such be addressed such as condition of elevator, breakfast quality and lack of vegetarian options was disappointing. We stayed in rooms 4302 and 4403 and it was comfortable and clean. It won’t deter us from ever returning in the future. "

"The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. I have traveled the world and have visited many different hotels. The Bel Jou Hotel has the best customer service and staff that I have ever encountered. We are looking forward to our next visit."
