"This was a really good find. Because we didn't intend to be out late in Copenhagen every night with a 9 year old, we decided to save some money and pick a hotel further out. This one was right on the metro line 4 into town with easy onward connections to other lines and Malmö (worth a day trip, even just to say you've been to Sweden). Pity we didn't notice that 500m away was the water bus stop which would've taken us up the harbour right up to Kastellet. Don't make the same mistake as us! Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the slot booking scheme to reduce food waste. That just required a little bit of planning but was easy to do. Breakfast was excellent as well: everything you could want from a Danish breakfast. All in all a really good spot for us; even a car hire place around the corner for a trip to Roskilde Viking Ships Museum and Lejre Land of Legends. Couldn't fault it."

"Hotel felt safe and clean. Have marked down slightly because room was quite small for 3 (had to remove a chair from the room so we had space for our suitcases). Our room was also ground floor and near the lift, so more noise and less privacy from passing pedestrians. Ask for a first floor, not near reception! Breakfast was tasty and the dining room looked lovely, but it could get pretty busy at peak times."

"Breakfast was great. Plenty of variety and top quality. Room was clean and comfortable. Two issues: room safe wasn’t working properly and ultimately had to be replaced, and the elevators were very slow (only 2 of 4 seemed to be working). But the staff were truly outstanding. The restaurant staff, front desk and technicians working on the safe were all friendly and as helpful as could be. A very welcoming experience."

"Fantastic hotel. Very convenient for the train station. Clean and lots of activities for kids - play area, mini golf etc. We had a great time. Only downside is that breakfast isn't the best but would recommend this hotel if travelling with a family."

"Nice and helpful staff. My only issue with my stay was that it was very noisy outside and in the other hotel building in the night and early morning around 5 a.m. with motorbikes arriving or departing and young people singing and talking loudly . Practical that it’s close to the air port. No complaints about the room except difficult to open the window completely due to the child protection . There’s no air condition in the rooms. Good place to stay for the price you pay."
