"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

From the prompt and efficient airport shuttle pick up to the warm greeting at check in, the classic attention to detail in our spacious suite, a relaxing drink in the bar followed by a beautiful dinner in the restaurant, my wife and I had a first class experience in what we thought may have been just a regular one night stopover at an airport hotel en route to our next destination. We returned 3 nights later for our last night in Italy, before our return flight to Australia and were equally impressed. Thank you and congratulations to the team at Hotel Villa Malpensa."

"Tres belle hotel, pratique et confirtable. Chambre spatieuse et nourriture excellente au restaurant. J’ai payer un montant additionnel pour avoir acces à l’espace detente à la piscine. Sauna fonctionnel et propre , bain vapeur avec une odeur de moisi et j’etais incapable d’y rester par l’odeur. Mais les salle pour se changer, l’acceuil, la piscine et le gym etait 10/10. J’y retourne sans problème outre l’odeur du bain vapeur"

"Staff would not help clear a double booking. While told one booking was done with expedia.com, Expedia did not show any bookings on the account. The hotel was ok but the honesty and willingness to assist could have been better. Had they helped clearing the misunderstanding, they would have gained a loyal customer. I go to Milan often....."
