Huge place that looks like a medieval castle The rooms are large, spacious and clean Breakfast very nice Also nice little pool and hot tub. In the evening there was a love band in the central courtyard and We had dtinks outside which was great. Only small downside was the gym which was disappointing. One ancient tiny treadmill that was broken, on pair of dumbell weights, etc. Not on the level of the rest of the facilities... Nice pleasant hotel.

Beautiful restored castle with a lot of ambiance and spectacular surroundings. Would have been a perfect stay except that WE WOKE UP THE FIRST MORNING WITH NO RUNNING WATER! The staff explanation was: “Yes, there is a problem with water in the village, it is off. I’m sorry.” It was running again that evening. The restaurant is good but the breakfast is cafeteria quality.

They forgot to give our passports back. And when we checked out and payed for everything even then she didn’t notice the passports. Big mistake from a “4 star hotel”. So left in the car stressed and the trip was runned.

Un très beau cadre un service médiocre

J'ai choisis cette hôtel en me basant sur les photos et les avis des différents utilisateurs, pensant recevoir un service de bonne voire très bonne qualité. C'était une erreur! L'enregistrement a pris plus d'une vingtaine de minutes, alors qu'il n'y avait que deux clients avant nous. Le soir, nous avons décidé de dîner à l'hôtel. Malheureusement un évènement publique avait lieu en même temps dans la cour. Le choix de la direction a été de favoriser les personnes en extérieur, qui n'étaient en général pas logées à l'hôtel. Résultat deux simples bière sont venues après plus de trente minutes et plusieurs demandes de notre part. A la fin, nous avons notifié le serveur de différentes omissions sur la note. Au lieu de nous remercier il a préféré rigoler. Wellness de bonne qualité, chambres simples dignes d'un trois étoiles. Pour résumer, à moins d'un changement radical de la gestion de l'hôtel, je déconseille.

Lovely Quirky place

We spent one night in the hotel on the 2nd of Sep. All staff were very friendly and helpful. we stayed in Deluxe room - which was really lovely and comfortable. Mu mum stayed in standard room on the top floor, which has been equally of a high standard. Whole hotel has been done to high standard with touch of quirkiness. spa area is clean and relaxing. The only thing I would point out that due to building being a historical building, there Is no air-conditioning, so it may be an issue in summer months. I would recommend to book standard room on the top floor as these have an air-conditioning. It was a lovely stay and I hope to return again sometimes in the future.

Excellent historic hotel

This is excellent historic hotel with great rooms and service. You can stay in spacious rooms with history inside. I recommend sightseeing tour inside this living castle. Great breakfast and restaurant for dinner is also nice. Working wifi connection and spa/wellnes.

Schönes renoviertes Schloss

Schönes Schloss, Atmosphäre ist beeindruckend. Die Renovierung ist nur ein paar Jahre her, alles gut in Schuss. Dadurch, dass das Schloss so verwinkelte war, sind natürlich einige Sachen recht unpraktisch. Die Betten sind gut, und die Aussicht aus den Zimmern ist super. Die Zimmerreinigung hat mit Nachschub von Toilettenpapier und Duschgel schon arg gespart bzw. geschleudert.

Feel like a princess!

Amazing place with the touch of history. Nice people, well furnished rooms and delicious food. I recommend the hotel for couples or friends. SPA center is small, but comfortable with lots of choices. Massages are amazing! It could be suitable for wedding ceremony :)
