"Bedden zijn net een lengte van 190cm voor Noord Europeanen echt te klein. Douche was ook erg krap qua afmetingen. We hadden een duplex appartement wat qua ruimte perfect was. TV was erg klein en qua zenders erg beperkt. Uitzicht was fantastisch. Ontbijt was voldoende maar niet erg uitgebreid. "

"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...

"Los apartamentos son nuevos con todas las comodidades. Echo en falta que los radiadores no funcionaron en los 5 días que estuvimos. La explicación era que tenia 23 grados la casa, increíble porque nunca funcionaron, a cambio nos dieron un radiador para sustituir esta carencia. Creo que deben arreglar esto."

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine.
