"We tend to use this hotel every time we are in or out of CDG. The FREE CDGVal automated train is excellent and very convenient -5 minutes walk to the hotel. We've always had great experiences here. However, for some reason, thus time we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Thus was VERY well planned for anyone with a wheelchair. Huge bathroom, wheelchair accessible shower, minimal intrusive furniture in the bedroom ( one plastic chair). However, it was a little too "care home " for our liking-and the bathroom was very cold next morning . To be fair though the manager/supervisor on duty took our complaints seriously and offered us our buffet breakfast at no cost as an apology. Excellent customer care. We'll definitely stay here next time as its just so convenient."

"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

"I had a good stay at Moxy Paris Val d’Europe Montévrain overall. The room was nice, clean, and a decent size, which made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish vibe that I liked. One of the biggest pros is the location if you’re visiting Disney—it’s about a 15–20 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive, which is super convenient. However, the area around the hotel is pretty quiet, and there isn’t much within walking distance. It’s also quite far from central Paris (Gare de l’Est), and the traffic can be really bad going in and out, which made getting around a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid stay, especially if your main focus is Disney, but if you’re trying to explore Paris more easily, the location might not be ideal."
