Nice!!!

It was a nice stay except for the noise with the keys at night and the loud guests. Louder inside than outside. Other than that, close to everywhere and good price.

Awful, first and last time. Had asked for a quiet room and couldn’t sleep at all due to noise coming from downstairs room. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Never again!

Mucho ruido

Lo que es el hotel en sí para ser de 2 estrellas me parece bien porque estaba limpio y aunque es un edificio viejo se ha reformado. Lo que no me gustó es que se escucha todo, hasta posar el móvil en la mesa y había mucho ruido. Yo fui porque el domingo me presentaba al examen de la oposición y necesitaba repasar pero el ruido me desconcentraba

　まず、チェックインで指定された部屋はドアの鍵が開かず、レセプションのスタッフも開けられず、電話で誰かに指示を仰ぎ、結局他の部屋になった。 　おそらく同タイプだと思うけれど、当初の部屋も気になった。また、室内の設備は案内通りだったものの、工具があれば簡単に締め付けられるシャワーフックは緩んだまま、鏡が罅割れていたり（危険はない）と管理状態は良くなかった。 　給湯は戸別ガス式で温度・湯量（浴槽湯張りも１０分程度）とも十分あった。機器は食器戸棚内にあり、着火・燃焼音が結構聞こえた。 　電子レンジは機能が複雑で扱いに不慣れだと単純加温もできないと思う。 　ＬＧの大画面スマートテレビはＭａｃ機器（ｂｏｏｋ、ｉＰｈｎ、ａｐｌＴＶ）とも相性が良くリモコンはａｐｌＴＶにも使えた。 　その他家具は簡素でデスクの椅子は樹脂製で硬く、もう少しくつろぎがあるとよかった。 　ベッドメイクはデュべスタイルで清潔感があった。 　アパートはホテルに隣接した別棟で、９泊中ＴＶリモコンの電池交換以外レセプションスタッフと顔を合わせることはなく、ホテル側からもメールのひとつもなく（こちらから到着予定を知らせたホテルアドレス宛のメールも見ていなかった。）チェックイン・アウト以外は全く個人住居と同じだけれど、タオル交換や清掃等はは断らなければ時々（？）実施されるようだった。 　非常に良い点は地図で見ても一目瞭然の立地で、新装のＲｅｎｆｅと長距離バスのターミナル駅合築の大型ショッピングセンターから１．５ブロックと至近で、プリンチペ通り、旧市街、城址、カンガスやシエス諸島への旅客フェリー港も近い。市内・空港バスも駅前を経由する路線が多い。自炊用にも大型スーパーマーケットは複数利用できる。あと少し設備等改善されれば長期滞在にも快適だと思う。
