Staff go beyond their power to make you feel comfortable and welcome! Alexandra get us all we need even strong for a late check in! The other ladies next morning just as lovely as she was!! Quiet night and great rest!

The building and grounds were lovely. Would have been even better if the room had air conditioning. Shower was a little on the small side.

The hotel is very clean. Our room was perfect. I had read complaints about the reduced size of the shower but it's pretty standard and typical of European style. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit selection, pastries and my husband enjoyed the traditional jamon serrano with cheese. The service was exceptional and all the staff was very nice. We definitely recommend it.

O quarto era bastante espaçoso e o colchão era muito confortável para passar uma noite descansada. O pequeno almoço impecável Mas o que efetivamente diferencia o alojamento é a simpatia de todas as rececionistas que efetivamente estão disponíveis 24h estando em todo o lado a toda a hora e sempre preocupadas em que tudo nos corra bem.
