"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. There was a strong and not very pleasant smell when i first checked in, most probably because there wasn't ventilation; all windows and doors were closed. Otherwise, there's really...

"Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. Nice toich of coffee, water and beer on arrival. Great location with plenty bars and supermarkets nearby. Only a 5-10 min walk to the town or marina area and a handy 5 mins from "the halo" elevator to intermodal. We would definitely recommend and would use olaha homes again."

"現地にスタッフはいません。それ自体は特に気にしないのですが、何かトラブルがあったときにWhatsApp経由で対応しなければいけないのが面倒だったこととチェックアウトした後に荷物を預ける設備がこの建物にはないので、系列のホテルに約15分ほどかけて、荷物を持っていかなければ、荷物を預けることができないと言うところは欠点ではないかと思いました。‎WhatsApp Kの連絡自体はとてもスムーズで的確な対応してくれるので、そこに不安はありませんが、一般的なホテルと比べるとフロント機能がない不便はあります。"
