"Unreliable WIFI, phone not working. Little effort to correct."

"Warm welcome, great breakfast and comfortable accommodation with fantastic views. I loved the swimming-pool!"

"Lovely hotel and staff - very clean and friendly "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Paula at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. She’s the reason that we had no hesitation booking additional nights"

"It is such a beautiful house and we were made to feel so welcome by Andre and Suzanne. Breakfast was superb, restaurant recommendation was great, we couldn't fault anything"

"Modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, a great place to stay. We can highly recommend the restaurant for dinner and breakfast."

"The hotel is rather small (a very good thing for me!), but the room I had was large and the bathroom too. It was modern and very clean, with A/C. It was called Mallus and had a French door to the street which meant I had to have the blind down all the time for privacy, really the only drawback to it all. The breakfast is very good, fresh, and the manager very kind and dedicated. I highly recommend!"

"The room was spacious and very clean. Great views!!"

"We came back this year also, could not forget this hotel. Perfect stay again! The food in the restaurant is amaizing. For us this is the place we love to return to. Thank you very much! "

"Great place to stay when visiting the area. Breakfast very basic. "

"There were stunning views and eautiful grounds, rooms were nice. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Dinner on the balcony was lovely."

"Friendly and very helpful staff."

"Charmerende. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til poolen. Vær opmærksom på at nogen værelser har vinduer højt, så man ikke kan se ud (kælderen). Flere grupper af stole/borde udenfor, så man kunne sidde og hygge. Flinke værter. Morgenmad ok, men der manglede hele tiden noget (var der i 3 dage). I området var der gode afmærkede vandrerstier. Et stort supermarked. "

"This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the...

"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. The house is a gorgeous restoration—easily one of the most beautiful spaces we've stayed in. The hospitality was warm, generous, and sincere. We were treated to a taste of Moncorvo’s traditional regional culture. Perfect location for exploring the Coa Valley rock art and the Douro wine region. 10/10!"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. "Tudo perfeito dos melhores sítios que já visitei 🙌"

"We had the best stay of our entire Portugal trip here! The staff were amazing. The pool is beautiful, and the food and wine were fantastic. We ordered dinner prior to arriving and would highly recommend that experience. Everything is very clean! Plenty of parking for our rental car. We had car trouble when leaving and the staff was very helpful in assisting. We will be back! Thank you!"
