Even though we explored various restaurants on the island, the best meals were at Maria Flor. The buffet and breakfast menu are well-curated, including delicious creations inspired by Brazilian Northeastern cuisine that were not only tasty but also well-presented. We enjoyed the pousada's pool while savoring great drinks and dishes from the restaurant, such as the Northeastern taco and the seared tuna with vegetable and nut couscous.
