"Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. "Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado.
