"The most magical place. We loved our stay at Barrocal, the staff was amazing, nothing is too much trouble, every detail has been thought of. And to have just about every meal and most of the beverages produced on site, amazing. Can’t recommend this property enough, will definitely be planning a return trip."

Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. "We stayed in this hotel for one night. It’s right in the heart of the wine region and we visited a vineyard before arriving for the night. Easy to park in the underground car park but there’s also plenty of parking on the street. Super easy check-in and offered drink as we arrived which was nice. The hotel has an indoor pool and some Thermo circuit spas which were great to relax in the afternoon and morning. Lovely breakfast with a good choice, including eggs Benedict. The bedroom was nicely decorated with a decent king-size bed that was very comfortable blackout blinds, large pretty windows. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel we opted to walk out to one of the local restaurants. There was plenty of choice."
