"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Estuvimos 9 dias, como cada verano, pasamos unos dias en Pas, y normalmente en estos apartamentos. eramos dos, reservamos un apartamento para 4 y nos dieron uno para 6...genial. Poca higiene, muebles rotos, faltaban instrumentos de cocina, pero para el precio, bien. A ver si hay suerte el año que viene y nos gtoca uno con balcon...despues de 20 años aun no la hemos tenido..."

"Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champú. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incómodas....

"Avoid this property at all costs if you want to sleep during your holiday, booked 7 nights in this hell hole and managed to get 21 hours sleep throughout the entire stay, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the 3 floors above, the company rents the neighbouring properties to anyone, we had the misfortune of having screaming girls and shouting guys party from 10pm to 4am every night, banging doors and loud music. Complained to the management company on several occasions did...

"In summer very few dining options and property is definitely run down. No AC in rooms. It's definitely a winter only hotel. Staff tried their best and breakfast decent for short stays. Can get old if you don't eat pork like us. "

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."

"Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour. "

"A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "
