"Customer service needs training in hospitality, One thing I did not like was that the buffet opens at 12:00 noon and closes at 3:00pm. After that if you don’t have reservations for dinner in any of the restaurants you’re done, you won’t be eating for the rest of the day."

It's a room in a big cluster of villas, definitely not a hotel, no gym not coffee machine in room, TV only 40 inchec, not 55" as advertised, wifi does not cover the far side of the backyard!
