The hotel room was perfect and the food options for kids was great; however, a smoking fee was tacked onto my bill when no one in my room (my 11 year old son and girlfriend) smoked or vaped in the room and the front desk would not remove it. Additionally, the hallways reeked of marijuana, which didn't bother me, but to get charged a fee and not have it removed, the customer service was seriously lacking and thus, lowered the rating.

It was centrally located on the strip to a lot of the other hotels, shopping and access to get to a lot of places faster then if you stayed elsewhere. The check in process took about an hour after we attempted to check in at the kiosk. The self check in kiosk does not work if you have multiple rooms, so don’t waste your time. Multiple people with a single room reservation were also having trouble.

Love the spacious studio-style room complete with kitchenette and cozy living room. Also appreciated free parking, and loved the pool and hot tub being open later till 10 pm. The only convenient time to use the pool in Vegas in the summer is after sundown. Also liked that it’s quiet. We came to Vegas with our own vehicle from So Cal, so this was convenient for us since we didn’t need to be in the Strip on this trip.
