"The first thing i wasn't a fan of, was the customer service via some kind of computer. I didn't like the fact that people behind me were able to see my room number, I wasn't traveling alone but i would've been scared had i been alone with my children. And the location was sketchy. Second, our room was a bit dirty, good thing we only stayed the night. Also, people kept knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Thirdly, construction was so loud early in the morning. "

"First room I stayed in was clean & smells clean. The next day I stepped out for a few minutes, came back the room smells like weed. Someone must be smoking weed next door and the smell went thru the vent. I transferred to another room. No problem with the staff, they’re great. The hotel is near a lot of shops and walking distance and near the freeways. I don’t think I’ll come back to this hotel."

"On Saturday night, there was loud music coming from a neighboring room that lasted until about 4:00 am. Either the neighbors were extremely noisy, or the walls had very poor sound insulation, though it was almost impossible to sleep. The trash bin had no garbage bag, and there was no shower gel in the shower. Overall the room was clean. Breakfast is advertised until 9:30 am, but around 9:10 am, a few items were already finished. About 5 more people were coming. Staff said they didn’t want to refill the buffet because they “don’t want to throw away leftovers”. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations."
