"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. One younger person was rude and short on room phone when I asked one question about operating air conditioning, but I just went silent after the curt answer so it wouldn't matter who hung up on who. "We loved everything about BW Tritone. Its location is unbeatable . The breakfast is very very good, with a good variety of everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We even used their parking lot, for our rental car, and the lot is next door. You have to pay a fee for parking your car but it’s a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to the Best Western Tritone, if we return to Venice. And also all the staff we dealt with were super friendly, attentive & helpful."
