"The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough.
The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle.
The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to...

"I stayed for 1 week and the hotel staff and the room was great. It was clean and quiet. The manager and security personnel were top notch. When I come back I will be staying at one of their hotels. "

"The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area."

"Stay here every year for a week. Lovely apartment. Clean, well appointed, on a quiet street close to many bars and restaurants. And easy to walk to centre of Palermo. Easy check in and out. Love staying at this place."

"Casa Lucia is tucked away on a lovely, quiet street, offering an atmosphere of refined calm. The hotel has an old-fashioned sense of luxury and service — the kind of five-star experience you’d find 20 years ago, in the best possible way. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the gym was excellent — far better than what you usually find in a boutique hotel.
The only downside was the oddly shaped, very small shower, which didn’t match the otherwise spacious comfort of the room. Still, Casa Lucia is a wonderful place to stay for anyone who appreciates classic elegance and genuine hospitality."
