They have the best smelling towels and house coats I have ever experienced. Better than most spas. The hotel is beautiful and so well managed. i can’t say enough about all the staff. "We love the Calissano! Great, helpful staff and wonderful rooms. The balcony off our suite was a dream. They also keep expanding their breakfast items, so to see vegan croissants and nondairy yogurt was wonderful."

"This hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and quite comfortable. Santa Vittoria d’Alba is a quiet village without much to do and that is just what we wanted. It was a great location to rest after full days in Langhe. The only improvement would be a better breakfast offering. Other hotels in the area offer a greater selection of fresh produce and pastries. "
