"I love this place"

"We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"

"We had a nice big room. And I enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast. I would have liked more light in the room (personal preference)"

"Amazing property. I would just suggest a few things like cutleries. We came home one night with a piece of cake, but we forgot to bring home spoons- to our surprise, the property does not have one, even little spoons to stir our tea/coffee. 😅 "

"We really enjoyed our stay in a very unique, wonderful room. (20) Absolutely loved the wine wall and spa in the room. The reception team were especially welcoming and very helpful A very clean hotel. Could do with a little more guest information in the room to help guests enjoy the hotel, its facilities and the area. Would definitely stay again if I come to Palermo in the future "

"The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay. "
