Dear Kelly, we greatly regret you didn't enjoy Your stay at our youth hostel. We completely renovated our building's facade and the guest rooms in 2017 and 2018. If the room you stayed in was nevertheless damp and musty, we apologize for this inconvenience. Probably the room walls underwent some construction faults. We will check it out with our architects. We would, however, have welcomed your complaint addressed directly to our staff members during your stay, so we would have been able to give you another room. The wheather was not nice during your stay indeed, this was also the reason for the leaves and flowers in the swimming pool.
