Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. Sergio was available for any questions via WhatsApp at all times which was awesome. The hotel also provides a private boat tour to el cañón del sumidero which was amazing since its available...

The room was fine although the quality and maintenance was what you could expect from a cheap room in Mexico.
