It’s ALWAYS wonderfully clean , great staff and I know Its a safe environment when traveling alone. The breakfast is excellent , just can’t wait for the construction to be completed and see what the new look looks like! Great job Hyatt! "

"It was fairly nice. I had problems with the tv. I wasn’t able to call the host was because the phone didn’t work. The hostess was gracious showing me that only one of the controls worked. When I took a bath, the water kept running out so that didn’t last long. When I put the towel on the towel rod, it fell to the ground. "

"Terrible. There was shaved hair in our sink. The sink was stopped up. Hair on the bed. Outlets did not work. Blood (yes blood) on the door. We spoke after our initial entry to the front desk person about our sink not working, and she could not care less. "
