"The room was exactly what I needed. 1 night after attending a special event. The only problem I had was that the walls are very thin. The inconsiderate people in the next room were talking loudly from 1:30am- 4:00am. They also continually slammed their car door for whatever reason going in and out. In this crazy world you must just keep your mouth shut and suffer. It’s a shame because all I needed was to rest. Hopefully the people that were next to me read this review ."

"The rooms were very nice the only issue was the last day of our stay that the manager got very disgusting and ended up calling the police because our car was declined and they needed a new card this Expedia app told me I had to have the card your card in by 22:46pm of the same day she rang our phone at 3:00 p.m. and told us that she was going to call the police and got very nasty nonetheless to say never again!!!! I tried to explain that I was having health issues and my card was lost amongst the room as to which she could have cared less... Very racist and disgusting and unprofessional manager and employee at the check-in desk with red hair. She the manger dragged out the situation which was a simple mistake on my part that was in the process of being fixed as I was on the phone with my bank as I was talking to them about payment"

"Location was great, but the bed in room 7 was the worst I ever slept in! The minute we sat down, it sunk so low. I actually had to sleep where your feet go because the bed on that side was a little bit firmer. Another thing, there is an 8in step or drop to the bathroom which I never experienced before. This place has no elevator, so I do not recommend this room which was on the top floor to an elderly person."

"A small hotel with a vibrant and eclectic decor, ample common spaces for relaxing and socializing and a great location for strolling through Greenport. My wife and I stayed for two nights and agreed that we would stay here again were we to return to the area. Hotel staff accommodated our somewhat late arrival with no issues and welcomed us when we arrived like we were old friends. Rooms are not as soundproofed as more modern construction and as a result we did hear the guests in the room above us moving about. But we knew this was a possibility from reading other reviews prior to our trip and therefore it was not a bother for us. I highly recommend this property."
